Recently my boss (Sundar) has left the current organisation. It is really a big loss for me, as people say you work for your boss rather for the organisation, just realized that on 29th Jan'10.
He is a person whom I respect him as guru rather than a boss, reason being, daily there used to be something to learn from him. He is not only competent in Techie role but equally good in Management side. It was really nice to work with him. He is a great human being rest falls align automatically.
Given the opportunity I would work with him for any company.
