“Ek Barsh-2008”

It is 10.55 PM on 31st Dec’2008. Also I am writing for my blog after a long time. Today whenever I had pause in my daily routine I am getting pulled back in last one year time and someone forcing me to analyze what went well and what did not.

First of all I would thank God for every thing I could do for myself, family and friends. As a human being I am not sure whatever I did was right or wrong but analyzed the situation and took the decision with the best of my ability.

I wished that I want to see "Shree Satya Sai Baba". I don’t know whether that is possible for me but whenever I could close my eyes and did dhyan I was empowered.

Realized that whenever I wished for others, God listen to me and also learnt that I should do good things for others so that when my life gets tough others could wish for me.

In my job, took decision to change my group and took over responsibility of Business Line Manager for Identification group at NXP Bangalore. It is a good group and on top of that got a good "guru" from whom I can really learn a lot. Personal side I tried hard to share lots of time with family. Specially gave lots of time to Ani, also I wished if I had some more time for Chinnu. Chinnu is really doing well (God has compensated a lot for many things--- once gain Thank You God for every thing you did for us).

In the last month, I was sad to see Rajeev leaving NXP, he is an honest, business person and open hearted to help if needed. I was very comfortable talking to him in grim situation or I am unable to take certain decision.

My wife (Anamika) is recovering from two surgeries and entire family was quite happy specially after she could relieved from hospital and we see that she is recovering fast.

At the end just praying to God that Please give us the strengths so that we could do our best and leave every thing to his hand for 2009.
